A Strong Clinical & Commercial Background
Erich holds a Bachelor’s in Human Movement Science, a Diploma in Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics, and additional training in business and PRINCE2 project management. His career combines clinical expertise with business strategy—always with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
Erich currently applies his extensive experience gained from previous roles at Enovis and Ottobock, where he launched products, built marketing strategies, and represented his companies on the global stage. His work has forged strong partnerships with clinicians, dealers, and companies internationally.
His passion for rehabilitation begins early in his career, when he worked directly with patients to design custom orthoses and prostheses. Seeing the direct impact of the right solutions on people’s mobility and independence continues to drive him today.

Outside of work, Erich is a man of many passions. He’s a whiskey enthusiast who enjoys hosting tasting sessions with friends, and a dedicated sports fan—supporting both the Springboks and Liverpool FC. He loves golf for its balance of challenge and relaxation, and he’s equally passionate about barbecuing (or “braaiing”), perfecting his skills at the grill with family and friends. Traveling with his wife Anneri and son Marcus keeps him grounded and inspired, fueling both his personal and professional life.
