Spex Cadetship Academy
Spex Cadetship is a career progression pathway designed specifically for educating candidates in producing complex rehabilitation technology (CRT) with a focus on the production of seating and positioning for wheelchair users. Once graduated, our Cadets have an extensive variety of career paths available to them.
Cadets are trained and educated in the Spex methodology helping the lives of wheelchair users living with physical needs. Cadets learn the fundamentals of manufacturing and producing Spex technology and adaptive seating systems for people with physical disabilities.
The Spex Cadetship pathway program has been developed to offer a spectrum of specialist courses to create skilled people through hands-on training, mentoring and inspiring people so their careers can reap the rewards.
