Each Spex Back Support is carefully inspected to provide peak performance and is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 24 months from the original date of purchase, Spex will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This warranty applies to the back support components including the outer cover, foam unit and hardware. This Warranty does not apply to the general wear and use, including punctures, tears or burns or customer abuse of any of the back support components.

All warranty claims must be made through the dealer where the cushion or back was purchased. Except for express warranties made herein, all other warranties of fitness or use for a particular purpose are excluded. There are no warranties that extend beyond the warranties provided above. Remedies for breach of this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of goods. In no event shall damages for breach of any warranty include any consequential damages or exceed the original cost of the cushion or back.

All structural components manufactured by Spex Limited are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. If during the warranty period, any component is determined, at the sole discretion of Spex Limited, to be defective; such component will be repaired or replaced at the option of Spex Limited.

The sole obligation of Spex Limited under this warranty shall be to repair or replace any component or components which are found to be defective. For warranty service, contact the dealer from which the item was purchased. The purchaser of the product is responsible for returning the product to the dealer. Any defective component, once replaced under warranty, shall become the property of Spex Limited.

The foregoing warranty shall apply only to the original purchase and shall not apply to products subjected to neglect, abuse, improper operation, accidental damage or improper storage. The warranty shall not apply to products that have been modified or fitted with improper parts or components without the written consent of Spex Limited. The warranty shall also not apply to a product that has been damaged as a result of unauthorised repairs and/or by circumstances not under the control of Spex Limited.

The foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The warranty shall not be extended beyond the duration of the expressed warranty provided herein. Spex Limited shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on the length of an implied warranty. Local laws should be reviewed to determine if the above exclusions and limitations apply.
