Meet Aislyn, Customer Experience Lead
Aislyn Maupin is the Customer Experience Lead at Spex USA, based in San Diego, California. In this role, she supports customers across the U.S., helping ensure a seamless and responsive experience for clinicians, dealers, and end users.
Her professional background is rooted in hospitality and customer service leadership, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, operations, and team support. She later transitioned into the DME industry, where she built expertise in equipment repairs and navigating the U.S. insurance funding process for obtaining and servicing mobility equipment.
Aislyn is passionate about being part of a team that helps make life more accessible. She finds fulfillment in knowing her work contributes to improved mobility and independence for individuals. In her role at Spex, she looks forward to helping expand access to Spex products throughout the U.S. market.
Known for her proactive, relationship-focused working style, Aislyn prioritizes clear communication and keeping customers informed every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys building complex LEGO sets with her daughters.
