People and processes are Kim’s why. She is driven by continuous improvement, process development, and implementation.

Throughout her career Kim has managed multiple cross-function projects on a global scale, implementing new systems and processes geared for growth. It’s these skills Kim is using to support Spex Seating through a period of strong sales by establishing smart processes and ensuring we have an unwavering focus on rigorous regulatory and quality controls.

With more than 20 years of leadership and operational management experience behind her, Kim knows the difference between leadership and management. One of her biggest strengths is gaining buy-in from team members to ensure everyone is heading in the same direction.

Kim prides herself on her ability to create high-performance teams where every person understands how their role relates directly to the strategic direction and overall success of the company.

She is an ERP (enterprise resource planning) software specialist, a Prince2 Practitioner, and the holder of LeanSixSigma Yellowbelt, Greenbelt and Backbelt Principles.

Kim’s logistics background is also being put to extremely good use as the proud mum of two busy teenage girls.
